Meet Radu, a core member of the Inspira Andalucía team. At 27, Radu's life is a testament to the power of international mobility. Having lived in five different countries, he brings a world of experience and a deep understanding of intercultural dynamics to our projects. His journey has made him fluent in three languages, though his ultimate dream is to one day become a true polyglot.
Radu's connection to youth work runs deep. He has been an active participant in more Erasmus+ projects than he can count and has played a key role in organizing and partnering on initiatives across Europe and even as far as the Caribbean. This hands-on experience gives him a unique insight into creating meaningful and impactful exchanges for young people.
When he's not leveraging his tech skills to streamline our projects, you can find Radu exploring the stunning trails of Andalusia. His passion for hiking, travelling, and connecting with people from all walks of life is the energy that fuels our mission at Inspira Andalucía.
Meet Diego, the heart and mind behind the personal development workshops at Inspira Andalucía. At 26, Diego is a licensed psychologist with a Master's degree specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a modern and powerful approach to well-being. He is passionate about helping young people navigate their inner worlds, build resilience, and connect with their values.
Diego's expertise is not just academic. He is the creator of the popular YouTube channel "Hablemos de Conducta," where he makes psychology accessible and practical for everyone. This passion for communication and non-formal education is at the core of the dynamic and safe spaces he creates during our youth exchanges.
A true world traveler, Diego has explored cultures and landscapes across the globe. He believes that travel is one of the most powerful tools for self-discovery and understanding others. By combining his deep knowledge of psychology with his love for adventure, Diego helps our participants turn their Erasmus+ journey into a truly transformative experience.
Meet Daniel, one of the founding members of Inspira Andalucía. At 24, he brings a warm, human touch to our projects, combining strong emotional insight with a natural talent for organization. As part of the core team, Daniel helps design our Erasmus+ initiatives and coordinates communication and logistics to ensure every participant feels supported from the moment they arrive.
Daniel holds a Master’s degree in General Health Psychology, with a strong focus on communication and human interaction. His travels across Europe have shaped his curiosity and appreciation for cultural diversity. He believes that meaningful international experiences in youth can shape the way we see ourselves and the world.
Outside of psychology, Daniel is passionate about sports of all kinds—from gym training and combat sports to running, where he is currently completing all the 21k races in Andalucía. His love for his homeland, known for its warmth and hospitality, is something he brings into every project, creating a friendly, supportive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
